The new property manager has made an amazing difference in the way the property is being maintained. She has addressed concerns and complaints that have been a long standing issues. She has provided newletters,made sure service calls were responded to in a timely manner as well as promoting activities that make the complex feel more like a neighborhood community. I believe she has improved both the quality of the complex and the quality of our lives significantly.

Same as above... And the neighbors pretty much keep to themselves, I have never really had any problems with any neighbors like I have at others places in the past.

I would tell them that the on-site manager is terrific, the maintenance requests are handled promptly, and that it is a great place to live!

The bedroom and master closet are huge, but the living room is small. Parking is covered, so that's nice. It's apartment living, so you are aware of your neighbors, but you'd get that in any apartments I think.
